Are We Living in the Last Days?

Matthew 24:36-41

What Jesus knows about His return.

  • Only the Father knows when I will return.
  • You will know the season.
  • People will be doing what seems right in their own eyes without a thought of God.

Judgement is coming. 

  • God looked upon the wickedness and unrepentant hearts and decided to judge the earth and start over.            Genesis 6:5-6; Genesis 6:12-14
  • God is merciful and gracious and slow to anger, but He is also a righteous judge. Exodus 34:6-7
  • By his faith Noah condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness that is in keeping with faith. Hebrews 11:7; 2 Peter 2:5

God instructs us how to be saved.

  • Jesus is coming and judgement is coming, and He instructs us to be ready. Matthew 24:42-44
  • God says to avoid His wrath when judgement comes we must get into the vessel of His son Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:9-10; Romans 5:9
  • Confess our sins and profess Jesus as Lord.

Do you know Jesus as your Lord and Savior? John 3:16-19
