The Sacrifice that Made Everything Beautiful in its Time

Jesus’s sacrifice made things beautiful in its time. (Hebrews 10:1-6, NKJV)

Until Jesus, it was just a shadow of good and beautiful things. In times past, before Jesus’s death, burial, and resurrection, offerings would have to be brought and sins would have to be confessed through the priest. (Hebrews 10:9-14, NKJV) We could not go directly to God because Jesus was the perfect offering and sacrifice once and for all. Once you accept the perfect offering and sacrifice for your sins, you can then go directly to the Father in heaven. (John 20:17, NKJV; 2 Corinthians 6:18, NKJV)

Jesus’s sacrifice tore down the wall between us and God. (Matthew 27:45-51, NKJV)

Without Jesus there is still darkness in your life, but He died to bring light and forgiveness. One of the first things God did once Jesus paid the price was tear the veil from top to bottom. We no longer have to live in condemnation. (Romans 8:1, NKJV)

Be free from any and all condemnation:

1. Ask those you have sinned against to forgive you. (James 5:16, NKJV)
2. Confess your sins to God and ask Him to forgive you. (1 John 1:9-10, NKJV; Acts 3:19, NKJV)

Jesus breaks down walls and brings peace. (Ephesians 2:13-14, NKJV)

Without Jesus you don’t have lasting peace. Lasting peace has to be based on your fellowship and relationship with God. Today, Jesus wants you to allow Him to break that wall down. (James 1:5, NKJV; NCV)
