Receive the Favor of God
When and how do we get the favor of God?
The favor of God is a lot like the grace of God. (Ephesians 2:8 -10, AMP) When you put your trust and faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, He gets your sins and shortcomings and you get God’s grace and favor. You cannot buy it or be good enough to get it; salvation is a free gift. Grace and favor are free.
Activate the favor of God.
God gives you this favor, grace, and inside power so you can do good works and do it with joy. God has already prepared a path for you to walk in that leads to the good life, the favored life; but you have to choose to walk in it.
What you receive when you accept God’s grace, favor and salvation:
- Freedom from condemnation. (Romans 8:1, NKJV)
- Access to an abundant life. (John 10:10, NKJV)
- You become God’s child. (John 1:12, NKJV)
- When you come to the end of life you miss hell for heaven. (John 14:2-3,NIV; Revelation 20:15, ESV)
