God has great things in store for Journey Church. For us to get to where I know God has called us, we will need people that are called to something more…  we need people that want to do something that is bigger than themselves.

Leadership Pipeline is a 6-week leadership intensive where it’s an opportunity to sit on the inner circle where Pastor James will personally teach you leadership and spiritual growth.  By the end of the intensive, the goal is that those going through it will find a place for God to use you to the fullest.

1 Timothy 3:1 “This is a true saying: If a man or woman is eager to be a church leader, he or she desires an excellent work.”

This is not something to take lightly. It’s a calling from God. The people that go in through this course should reflect 1 Timothy 3.

  • Not prideful. Be teachable.
  • Have good character.
  • Not gossip.
  • etc.

There will be required homework to be turned in every week and will include things like: 

  • Completing Be the Church online course
  • Reading a Chapter of Proverbs and sending in insight.

Ephesians 3:20 “Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us”

There are GREAT things in store for YOU and Journey Church!

This will be encouraging and challenging at the same time.This Leadership Course is not for everyone.
