The Favor of God

God’s favor is beyond explanation. (Ephesians 3:20, NKJV)

God has things already prepared that are beyond what you can see, think, or even imagine for here and now. (1 Corinthians 2:9, NKJV) In a watching world, you become light in the darkness, become hope to the hopeless, and help to the helpless. (Psalm 31:19, NLT2)

God’s Word makes it clear that God has blessings stacked up, waiting to be poured out on you. (Psalm 31:19, MSG) One way to activate the favor of God is learning to love and depend upon Him on a day-to-day basis.

God’s favor brings blessings to every area in life. (Psalm 90:16-17, NRSV, TEV)

Spiritual growth is the only guarantee that life is going to get better. Everything rises and falls in your relationship with Jesus.

The favor of God is:

When God takes the natural and does the supernatural in a person, place, or thing. When God takes the ordinary and does the extraordinary. Receive and activate the favor of God by believing in and obeying Him.

How to activate the favor of God. (Luke 1:26-28, NKJV)

Believe what God says and be obedient. You get favor when you accept Jesus as your Savior. (Luke 1:29-31, NKJV) When you get saved, you receive God’s seed and the Holy Spirit then lives in you.

Let your Father’s gene overcome the works of the devil and let your human gene learn to enjoy the favor of God. (1 John 3:8-9, NKJV) When you activate and have the favor of God, nothing will be impossible because God is with you. (Luke 1:37-38, NKJV)

When you return to God, it sparks immense joy in heaven, emphasizing that you are personally sought and deeply cherished by Him.

Pray for Rain

Pray for Rain

James highlights the power of prayer through the example of Elijah. Elijah was a human just like us, yet when he prayed earnestly for no rain, there was no rain for three and a half years. When he prayed again, the sky gave rain, and the earth produced its crops. Fervent, righteous prayer can have powerful results, demonstrating God’s ability to intervene through prayer.

Self-centered desires are the main source of conflicts, arguments, and fractured relationships. These desires can be concealed and often spark disputes. Regular self-reflection is essential to recognize and address these selfish inclinations. It’s important to refrain from slander and gossip, as they have the power to either uplift or harm others. Additionally, recognizing and submitting to God’s authority over your plans is vital.
