You are Born for Greatness, Pt. 3

We are not only born for greatness:

Jesus wants us to do greater works than He did. (John 14:12-14, NKJV) Jesus wants those works to glorify the Father. We need to be asking in Jesus’ name what great works He would have us do. We are not saved by good works, but once we are saved, our purpose, our creation, and our very being is to do good works. (Ephesians 2:10, NKJV)

What is good works?

How do you behave among the unsaved? Giving your money to further God’s kingdom. Showing hospitality, ministry to the ministers, helping relieve those in distress and being consistent with it. (1Timothy 5:10, AMP) Good works keep us from becoming unfruitful. (Titus 3:14, NKJV; Matthew 21:18-19, TLB)

Witness to the unsaved. (Matthew 5:16, NKJV; 1 Peter 2:12, TLB; 1 Thessalonians 2:19-20, NKJV) Those who currently go through suffering, and yet still witness, is a good work and will be rewarded. (James 1:12, AMP; Revelation 2:10, NKJV) Those who finished the race. (2 Timothy 4:6-8, NKJV; 1 Corinthians 9:24-27, NKJV) Using your gifts and talents. (Matthew 25:21, NKJV)
