It was supernatural, not natural. The favor of God is when He takes the natural and does the supernatural in a person, place, or thing. Mary was simply a natural young girl, a virgin, who God chose to do the supernatural in her life. She was singled out by God for a special responsibility and purpose.
God not only caller her and favored her, but he also gave her the power and provision to accomplish His purpose. Mary had to be willing to accept the favor and calling. (Luke 1:38, NKJV) She knew she was favored, she knew her purpose, and she knew God’s plan because of His word.
God blesses you with divine favor.

The Lord is doing the blessing and He is blessing the righteous. (2 Corinthians 5:21, NKJV) You are natural; if God uses you, people will know it’s supernatural. (1 Corinthians 15:9, NKJV) Understanding the favor of God helps us understand what we call problems.
Just because Mary had favor does not mean she didn’t have pain. (Luke 2:1-7, NIV) You can have God’s favor, be in pain, and still continue to do what God has called you.
As bad as things are and out of control, it’s not out of God’s control.
