The Journey to the Promised Land
You’re going to win!(Exodus 14:13-14,NKJV)
- Don’t be afraid.
- Stand still.
- See the Salvation of the Lord.
- The Lord will fight for you.
- Hold your peace.
The Battle Begins.(Exodus 5:1-2,NKJV)
Boldness is standing up for someone who is being treated unfairly. Boldness is sharing your faith or beliefs with others, even when it’s uncomfortable. Boldness is making difficult decisions that line up with your values, even if they are unpopular. Boldness is believing God will deliver or give victory in spite of what looks like unbeliever odds.
Boldness is giving to what you love when it looks impossible to you, family, and the world. Boldness is refusing to give up in spite of the resistance, rejection, hurts, injustice, and insults. Boldness is being willing to pay the price for what God wants in your life, instead of what you think you want for your life. (2 Chronicles 16:9,NKJV; Exodus5:1,NKJV)
How do we use this bold authority today and help our people go free?
Authority of God’s Word. (Matthew 4:4,NKJV; John 8:36,NKJV) Pray with boldness and faith. (James 5:16-18,NKJV; Colossians 2:15,NKJV; James 4:7-8,NKJV) Declare freedom in Jesus’ Name. (Luke 10:17-19,NKJV;Matthew 12:28, NKJV) Intercede on behalf of others. (Romans 8:26-27,NKJV; 1 Timothy 2:1,NLT2)
The danger of not knowing our Lord:(Exodus 5:1-2,NKJV)
Pharaoh is almost proud he does not know who the Lord is. The firstborns were struck down but the Israelites were spared and delivered. This is a physical picture of the price of not knowing the Lord or continuing to disregard the Lord and His warnings. (1 John 5:16,NKJV
