Love is the Key
What and who would you go to prison for? (Ephesians 3:1-2, NKJV, ESV)
Paul was so passionate about his calling that nothing, including prison, was going to stop him. (1 Peter 4:12-13, NKJV)
The inner man gets his peace, power, and fullness through love.
Love, not action, brings fulfillment. True love leads to action. Action without love can be great, it’s just not fulfilling. (Ephesians 3:14-19, NKJV) When we express Godly love, we are reflecting God. (1 Corinthians 13:13, CEV) Godly love is the key because it will cover a multitude of sins. (1 Peter 4:8, AMP; Ephesians 3:19, NKJV)
The fullness of God: (Ephesians 3:17-19, NKJV)
-
-
- To understand and experience the love of Christ that leads to a full life.
- Knowing the love of Christ has transformative power.
-
- Leads to an intimacy with Christ and others.
- Leads to security that Christ’s love will provide all you need and then some.
- Allows us to live out our lives with fullness and purpose.
-
Love brings unity. (Proverbs 10:12, NKJV)
- When we don’t have love, we have selfishness.
- When we have love, we want what’s best for the other person.
- We don’t make a big deal out of everything.
- We know what to cover and what sin needs to be uncovered.
