Just Faith It: Part 2 – How to Have Faith

Faith Comes by Hearing. (Romans 10:17, NKJV)

You have faith by hearing the preaching. (Romans 10:14-15, NKJV; Ephesians 6:20, NCV) The Good News — The Gospel restores broken Lives. Without hearing the Gospel preached your relationship with Christ will begin to drift. (Psalm 127:1, NKJV)

Faith comes by Confessing.

What we speak to by Faith has to respond. (Romans 4:17, NKJV; Romans 4:17, NIV; Romans 4:17, MSG) We are God’s mouthpiece; we are to be speaking Faith by Confession. It does matter what we confess; Jesus did not say if you think in your heart, He said speak to the problem. (Luke 17:5-6, KJV) The Word must get into your heart before you can speak it. (Romans 10:8-15, NKJV)

We have Faith by the Words we speak and the actions we take. (Matthew 8:5-10, NKJV)

This powerful centurion was willing to humble himself and quickly submit to Jesus’ authority and power. Great faith comes by our words and actions. We quickly humble and submit ourselves to Jesus and His authority and power.

Surrendered is to become preoccupied and completely dependent upon Christ.
