God is Shaking us, But He Doesn’t Want Us to Be Shook

God Is Shaking Us, But Doesn’t Want Us To Be Shook
Ephesians 6:12, NKJV

Everything physical and visible starts with something invisible and spiritual

The purpose for being shaken. (Hebrews 12:25-29, NKJV)

To get our attention.

We have a free will to choose to be obedient or disobedient to God, BUT we do not have the free will to choose the consequences of our choices. God is not going to skip the church when He is trying to get the world’s attention. (Matthew 5:45, NKJV) Christians should have a peace that surpasses understanding, and see past the physical and visible to the invisible and spiritual.

We are receiving a Kingdom which cannot be shaken.

As Christians, when we become dependent on His Kingdom we can’t be shaken. Before God shook the earth were going about our daily agenda, not paying much attention to God; we had placed Him in the back until we had a need for Him.

God wants to be front and center in our lives. God is shaking us because He loves us. There will come a time soon we will not have the opportunity that we have now to turn to Him, and make Him the Lord of our lives.

This time could be called Tribulation Preparation.

Throughout the Bible, God would shake things up when He wanted to get our undivided attention; it is a wakeup call.

The reason God allows grief many times is to cause us to turn back to Him where He can show compassion and mercy. (Lamentations 3:32, NKJV)
