I. God must be the Source of our every need.
a. Jesus is the source and we are the conduits.
b. When we place our marriages under the King’s Rule we will have marriages the King intended us to have!
c. A kingdom marriage God’s way is for the family to have dominion and that family would reflect God’s rule on earth—we are to be a representation of Jesus on earth.
II. Don’t allow unmet expectations cause us to miss the miracle. (Exodus 14:11, NKJV)
a. The children of Israel are offended and blinded to the truth because of unmet expectations.
b. Instead of seeing God as their way of deliverance they got upset and it clouded their view of God.
c. We always think God’s presence is provided to fix our problems, but what if God’s presence is more about fixing our perspective—taking the unmet expectation and looking at it in a different perspective.
d. The opposite of faith is sight—if you look again you will see those unmet expectations were a way for God to bless us all along—to grow our faith.
III. Kingdom man and Kingdom woman.
a. Men are to fall under the authority of God.
b. When men get out of alignment with God you are allowing satan to invite himself to cause disorder in your marriage.
c. Women are to submit to your husband—simply means to lean on your husband for protection, provision, and strength.
d. If the husband is not willing to be the king, and the wife is not willing to be the queen then the family will not be blessed.
e. If your marriage, family, or life is in disaster it is time to get realigned!
IV. Sowing and Reaping. (Galatians 6:7, NKJV)
a. Don’t sow what you reap, but learn to sow what you want to receive.
